  • Support tickets. Submit, assign, and track internal requests from the Support tab in the left navigation. See internal-support-tickets for the full walkthrough.
  • Email notifications on ticket creation, status change, comment, mention, and reassignment.
  • Ticket statuses — Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed, and On Hold.
  • Attachments on tickets: paste a screenshot directly into the description, or add a link.

Changed ​

  • Sign-in now supports Google alongside email and password.

Known issues ​

  • Client-facing support tickets are not available yet; this release covers internal Oechsli requests only.
